# Which Amazon agency software allows custom branding?

DataHawk and Intentwise document fully branded client portals, on your own domain with their branding hidden. Perpetua, AdLabs and BidX offer white-label dashboards without spelling out how far the branding goes, and Sellerboard adds your logo to its own dashboard. Report builders such as AgencyAnalytics and Whatagraph brand Amazon Ads reports but have no Seller Central connector. To build your own branded app instead, Marketplace Ad Pros Partner Connect ($19/month) provides the Amazon back end through an API.

## Three kinds of custom branding

Vendors use "white-label" for very different things. Decide which one you need first:

1. **A branded client portal.** Clients log in on your domain and never see the vendor's name. This is the full
   version, and the rarest.
2. **Branded reports or dashboards.** Your logo and colors on PDFs, scheduled emails or shared dashboards. Clients see
your brand, but may not get a login of their own.
3. **Your own app on an API.** You build the product and its screens; a provider supplies the Amazon connections and
data. Most work up front, most control after.

A logo added to the vendor's own dashboard is not white-label: the vendor's name is still on the page.

### Branded client portals

**DataHawk** documents the most complete version: your logo, brand colors and subdomain on live dashboards and PDF
reports, plus embeddable widgets for your own client portal. Pricing is custom and annual.

**Intentwise Analytics Cloud** runs a client portal on your own domain (for example, analytics.youragency.com) with
Intentwise branding hidden. Clients log in to the dashboards you choose, with per-client permissions. Pricing isn't
published.

### White-label dashboards and reports

**Perpetua** advertises custom white-label dashboards and client-facing reporting for agencies, on custom agency
pricing. **AdLabs** lists "Custom White-Label Dashboards" on its Pro plan. **BidX** offers a "white label version"
to enterprise and agency customers. None of the three says how far the branding goes, so ask whether you get your
own domain, client logins and branded emails.

**AgencyAnalytics** and **Whatagraph** are general reporting tools with Amazon Ads connectors and full report
branding (AgencyAnalytics adds a client portal and custom domain on every plan; Whatagraph sells the domain as an
add-on). Neither connects to Seller Central or Vendor Central, so neither can show TACoS or total sales.

**Sellerboard** lets you add your agency's logo to its dashboard. Its own branding stays, so it's co-branding, not
white-label.

### Build your own on an API

If you want the product to be yours, build the screens and rent the Amazon back end.
[Marketplace Ad Pros Partner Connect](/amazon-partner-connect/) gives your product connect links that return clients
to your URL, webhooks when a client connects or access breaks, and API keys limited to one client's brands, on top of
Amazon Ads, Seller Central and Vendor Central data. It's $19/month on a paid plan. Amazon's consent screen still
names Marketplace Ad Pros, and you build every screen yourself. See
[how to build an Amazon client app without the SP-API back end](/guides/how-to-build-amazon-client-app-without-sp-api/).

## Tools with no custom branding on their public pages

We found no custom branding documented on the public pages of **Teikametrics** (its Agency Edition gives per-client
sub-accounts and reports), **Ad Badger** (clients can get a view-only user role), **SmartScout**, **Helium 10**,
**Pacvue**, **Skai** or **Quartile**. Enterprise vendors sometimes brand reports on request, so ask before ruling one
out.

## How to choose

- **Clients must log in on your domain and never see the vendor:** DataHawk or Intentwise.
- **You mainly send branded monthly reports on ad performance:** AgencyAnalytics, or a platform with white-label
dashboards (Perpetua, AdLabs). Check whether the report needs Seller Central data first.
- **You want TACoS and total sales in front of clients:** a tool with Seller Central data, not a general report
  builder.
- **You want to sell your own software, not resell someone else's:** build it on an API such as
  [Partner Connect](/amazon-partner-connect/).

## Frequently asked questions

### Which Amazon agency software allows custom branding?

DataHawk and Intentwise document fully branded client portals, on your own domain with their branding hidden. Perpetua, AdLabs and BidX offer white-label dashboards without spelling out how far the branding goes, and Sellerboard adds your logo to its own dashboard. Report builders such as AgencyAnalytics and Whatagraph brand Amazon Ads reports but have no Seller Central connector. To build your own branded app instead, Marketplace Ad Pros Partner Connect ($19/month) provides the Amazon back end through an API.

### What's the difference between white-label reports and a white-label portal?

White-label reports are PDFs, emails or shared dashboards with your logo and colors. A white-label portal is a login your clients use, on your own domain, where the software vendor's name doesn't appear. Portals are rarer and usually sold on custom pricing.

### Can my clients log in to an Amazon dashboard on my own domain?

Yes, with DataHawk or Intentwise, which both document a client portal on the agency's own domain, or with AgencyAnalytics for Amazon Ads reporting. If you'd rather own the product entirely, build it on an API such as Marketplace Ad Pros Partner Connect.

### Can I show clients TACoS in a white-label report?

Only if the tool has both Amazon Ads and Seller Central or Vendor Central data. General report builders such as AgencyAnalytics and Whatagraph connect to Amazon Ads but not Seller Central, so they can't calculate TACoS. Amazon-specific platforms, or your own app on an API that carries both, can.

### Does Marketplace Ad Pros offer white-label?

Not as a branded copy of its web app on the standard plans; white-label options are scoped through the Enterprise plan. For agencies building their own client software, the Partner Connect add-on returns clients to the agency's product after they connect and sends webhooks, though Amazon's consent screen still names Marketplace Ad Pros.

### Is a white-label Amazon PPC service the same thing?

No. A white-label PPC service is an outsourced team that manages ads under your agency's name. This guide covers software your own team runs and shows to clients under your brand.
