How to Use These Prompts

  1. Connect Seller Central on the Integrations page. AWD access rides the same Selling Partner connection — no separate AWD setup.
  2. Already a customer using the in-app AI chat? You're done — it has AWD access automatically.
  3. Using Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client? Re-authorize the connection and check the Read AWD Warehousing permission when prompted. (Existing connections made before this permission existed need a one-time reconnect.)
  4. Click any prompt below to copy it, then paste into your AI client and adjust SKUs / time windows for your account.

AWD uses only AWD tools. + FBA joins with FBA inventory. CROSS adds sales velocity / report data.

True Totals (AWD + FBA)

The core fix: most tools stop at FBA. These prompts make the AI count AWD too.

Total on-hand, everything counted
For each SKU, show my total on-hand inventory including AWD warehouse stock alongside FBA: FBA fulfillable, FBA inbound, AWD on-hand, and AWD units in transit to FBA. Compute the combined total without double-counting — units AWD shows in transit to FBA that already appear in FBA's inbound numbers count once, on the FBA side. Sort by combined total descending.

AWD position snapshot
Show my AWD warehouse inventory: per SKU, the on-hand quantity, what's available to distribute, what's reserved for replenishment, and what's inbound to AWD. Flag anything with upcoming expirations.

FBA looks low — is it really?
Which of my SKUs look low on FBA days of supply but actually have plenty of AWD stock available to distribute? For each, show FBA fulfillable, AWD available, and AWD units already in transit to FBA.

Stuck shipment sweep
List my AWD inbound shipments updated in the last 60 days with their current status. Flag any that have been sitting in the same status for more than two weeks, and pull the tracking and carrier details for those.
AWD Weekly ops check — catches shipments quietly stalled in transit or receiving.

Expected vs received audit
For AWD shipment [SHIPMENT_ID], show the per-SKU expected versus received quantities. Flag any SKU where received is short of expected, and total the discrepancy.
AWD Run after a shipment closes — short receipts are reimbursement candidates.

Blocked replenishment check
Are any of my AWD replenishment orders blocked or ineligible? For each, show the order status, which SKUs are affected, and the specific ineligibility reason Amazon gives.

Requested vs shipped reconciliation
For my recent AWD replenishment orders, compare requested units to shipped units per SKU. Flag any order where shipped is short, and show the outbound shipment statuses for those orders.

Stockout post-mortem
SKU [SKU] stocked out on FBA even though I keep stock in AWD. Check my AWD inventory, in-transit replenishment, and recent replenishment orders for that SKU and tell me where the pipeline broke down.

Reorder dates with full pipeline
Using 30-day sales velocity, estimate when I need to place my next supplier order for each of my top 25 SKUs. Count total available inventory as FBA fulfillable + FBA inbound + AWD on-hand, plus any AWD units in transit to FBA that aren't already reflected in FBA inbound (count those once). My supplier lead time is [LEAD_TIME_DAYS] days.

Ad-spend safety check
Before I scale ad spend on [ASIN_OR_SKU]: check total sellable supply across FBA and AWD, current sales velocity, and whether any AWD replenishment for it is blocked. Tell me how many weeks of cover I'd have if ad-driven sales doubled.

Three details that keep AWD math honest.

Don't double-count in-transit units
When you combine AWD and FBA numbers for me, remember: AWD's "in transit to FBA" quantity is upstream of FBA's inbound numbers. Once FBA shows those units as inbound-working or inbound-shipped, count them once, on the FBA side.

Not using AWD? Nothing breaks
Check whether my seller account is onboarded to AWD. If it isn't, just confirm that and continue with FBA-only analysis.
AWD Sellers not enrolled in AWD get a clear answer, not an error. AWD is also US-only and Seller Central-only (no Vendor Central).
