There are open-source Keepa MCP servers you can clone and run yourself — cosjef/Keepa_MCP is the most visible — but those you host, monitor, and keep updated on your own machine, and they only see Keepa. Ours is hosted, so there's nothing to install or keep running, it's reachable from Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or any MCP client, and Keepa's data arrives already joined to your own Amazon Ads and Seller Central data in the same conversation. If you'd rather self-host and only need Keepa on its own, the open-source route is a perfectly good fit.
Yes. This is a bring-your-own-key integration. You subscribe to Keepa's API plan directly, then paste your API key into Marketplace Ad Pros. We don't resell Keepa data — we proxy your key so your AI client can use Keepa's tools alongside your own Amazon Ads and Seller Central data.
Keepa's €19/mo Power User tier gives you 1 token per minute and is enough to try the integration. €49/mo (20 tokens/minute) is comfortable for active analysis. Heavy users with large catalogs or frequent batch queries should consider the €129/mo (60 tokens/minute) tier or higher. No. You pay Keepa directly. We never see or store your key in plaintext — it's encrypted at rest with a key managed in AWS Secrets Manager. The Keepa MCP integration is included in every MAP plan from AI Connect ($10/week) up at no extra cost.
Yes. The Integrations page has a Disconnect button on the Keepa row. You can re-add a different key anytime, and disconnected keys are immediately removed from the active set so future MCP requests stop using them.
Your key is encrypted at rest with Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256). The encryption key lives in AWS Secrets Manager and is never logged. Tools use the decrypted value only in-memory to make the outbound Keepa request — it's never echoed in responses, error messages, or audit logs.
All 11 Keepa-supported marketplaces: US, UK, DE, FR, JP, CA, IT, ES, IN, MX, and BR. Brazil is excluded from the Best Sellers endpoint per Keepa's own policy, but every other tool works in every marketplace.
No. Keepa tools are gated by a dedicated read-keepa OAuth scope. Each MCP client (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) gets Keepa access only if you check the scope box when authorizing that specific client. You can grant Keepa access to one client and not another from the same account.
