13. Brand Usage

A Brand in MarketplaceAdPros represents one store, brand, or advertiser. Your plan includes a set number of enabled Brands, and additional Brands may be purchased (see Payments and Billing).

13.1 What a Brand may contain

A single Brand may hold all of the Amazon accounts belonging to one advertiser, including:

  • One seller account across every marketplace it sells in — for example a Pan-European seller operating in nine countries
  • One vendor or KDP account in each marketplace, where Amazon issues a separate identifier per marketplace
  • Both a seller account and a vendor account belonging to the same business
  • Multiple Amazon identifiers that Amazon has issued to the same vendor group

13.2 What a Brand may not contain

A Brand may not hold two or more unrelated advertisers in the same marketplace. Grouping separate businesses, clients, or storefronts under one Brand — for example as priority tiers, a client roster, or an "all accounts" bucket — is not a supported use. It also mixes those advertisers' data together in reports, dashboards, and AI analysis, which makes the numbers wrong for each of them.

If you manage multiple businesses or clients, each one needs its own Brand.

13.3 How this is applied

  • When you assign an advertising profile or Selling Partner account to a Brand that already contains a different advertiser in that marketplace, we may decline the change and tell you which accounts conflict.
  • We may ask you to separate a Brand that holds multiple unrelated advertisers.
  • We may disable a Brand that is used to hold multiple unrelated advertisers. A disabled Brand stops reporting until it is enabled again; your data is not deleted.

13.4 Exceptions

If you believe your setup is a legitimate exception — for example a single business that genuinely operates two seller accounts in the same marketplace — contact us at support@marketplaceadpros.com and we can permit it on your account.
