A Brand in MarketplaceAdPros represents one store, brand, or advertiser. Your plan includes a set number of enabled Brands, and additional Brands may be purchased (see Payments and Billing).
A single Brand may hold all of the Amazon accounts belonging to one advertiser, including:
A Brand may not hold two or more unrelated advertisers in the same marketplace. Grouping separate businesses, clients, or storefronts under one Brand — for example as priority tiers, a client roster, or an "all accounts" bucket — is not a supported use. It also mixes those advertisers' data together in reports, dashboards, and AI analysis, which makes the numbers wrong for each of them.
If you manage multiple businesses or clients, each one needs its own Brand.
If you believe your setup is a legitimate exception — for example a single business that genuinely operates two seller accounts in the same marketplace — contact us at support@marketplaceadpros.com and we can permit it on your account.
