Why this exists

Most Amazon sellers spend their best hours each week as a data clerk — pulling search-term reports, eyeballing inventory dashboards, copy-pasting numbers into spreadsheets so they can make the same five judgment calls they made last week.

The agent does the pulling, the math, and the first-draft thinking, and hands you decisions instead of data. The hour you used to spend hunting wasted ad spend becomes the five minutes it takes to approve the negatives. The Sunday-night reorder spreadsheet becomes a Monday-morning PO draft.

The thing that actually changes your week is the memory. The repo tracks brands, initiatives, and dated reports across sessions, so the agent picks up where it left off instead of starting from scratch every time you open Claude.

First-session prompts

Open the repo in Claude Code, then paste one of these to get started:

Orient yourself: Get me oriented. Run /mcp first if MAP isn't authenticated, then list my brands and ad integrations, and scaffold a data/brands/<slug>/profile.md for each.
Run a wasted-spend sweep: Use the wasted-ad-spend-dashboard skill on <brand> for the last 30 days. Rank by spend, draft a negatives list for my approval, and log what we did under initiatives/wasted-spend-<brand>/.
Draft a reorder PO: Use the reorder-planning skill on <brand>. Pull current FBA inventory and 30-day velocity, flag anything at risk of stockout in the next 2 weeks, and draft a PO I can hand to my 3PL.
Set up a brand initiative: I want to run a Q3 PPC efficiency push for <brand>. Set up an initiative using the amazon-ads-optimization skill, propose a plan, and put a baseline metrics snapshot in the initiative folder.

Who it's for

Sellers and operators comfortable on a CLI who want their Amazon data driven from Claude Code — with the agent retaining context week-over-week instead of starting cold every session.

If you'd rather use Claude Desktop or ChatGPT (no CLI), start with the MCP setup guide or grab the individual skills instead.
