From your AI client

Ask ChatGPT, Claude, or any MCP client to submit a bug report or feature request without leaving the conversation.

Uses the submit_ticket tool

Reporting a problem from your AI client

If you're connected over MCP, you never have to leave the conversation to file a bug. Ask your assistant to submit a ticket and describe what went wrong — it will use the submit_ticket tool. Ask it to list your tickets to check on status, or to reply to a ticket to add detail after the fact.

Tickets are for problems with Marketplace Ad Pros itself — a tool returning wrong data, an error, missing functionality, or a feature you want. They don't go to Amazon.

Frequently asked questions

Email support@marketplaceadpros.com, open a ticket in your account at app.marketplaceadpros.com/support/tickets, or ask your AI client to submit one for you through the MCP connector. All three reach the same team.

Ask your AI client to submit a bug report or feature request. It calls the submit_ticket tool on the Marketplace Ad Pros MCP server. Ask it to list your tickets to check status, and to reply to a ticket to add information.

Include the account or brand, the marketplace, the ASIN or SKU if relevant, the tool or page you used, what it returned, and what you expected instead. That's what lets the team reproduce the problem without a round trip.

MCP clients cache the tool list when they connect. Tools that become available after you connect a new integration, such as the Seller Central analyst, appear only once you reconnect the connector in your client.

Usually the ad type wasn't running in that period, the date range falls outside the data we have loaded, or a backfill is still in progress. Ask for the report metadata to see the exact date coverage and backfill status for that account or brand.

Backfill depth depends on your plan and on the report type, since Amazon limits how far back some reports can be requested. Ask for the report metadata for a profile, Selling Partner account, or brand to see the earliest and latest dates we can query.

No. Access starts read-only. You can grant write access during the OAuth connection if you want it. Write tools are marked so your AI client confirms each change with you before applying it, and writes are logged.

Manage your plan in your account settings at app.marketplaceadpros.com/account. Email support@marketplaceadpros.com if you need help with billing.
